Rules

• Price includes water and power consumption and bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen
• In the winter heating costs will be charged separately and calculated on the basis of meter reading 4,5 € / m2
• Final cleaning charge € 8 for person
• Cot charge € 25 per week
• Check-in and check-out on Saturdays
• For organizational reasons the apartment will be made available to incoming guests on Saturdays starting from 2 p.m. ad must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the Saturday of departure.
• Weekly stays with check-in on days other than Saturday available on request in low-season
• Pets allowed provided the do not cause disturbance to people and things. Pet accommodation charge € 36 per week
• The swimming-pool opens from May to October

Payment

The apartment will be regarded as reserved only upon receipt of a down-payment of 150 euros. Payment can be made through bank transfer in favour of:
