Our stay at La Coccinella was fantastic! The apartments are suitable for families, super clean and fully equipped. The location is beautiful, peaceful and allow you to rest and enjoy your stay in here. The family is very helpful. Hosts are super friendly, kind and open-minded. Owners are thoughtful especially Marzia cares about guests so much. She prepares yummy breakfasts and suppers.We definitely recommend this agriturismo. Coccinella was an amazing stay and we definitely will go back again.

Wir (eine Familie mit drei Kindern) haben eine wunderbare Woche in La Coccinella verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Garten mit dem Pool super gut gepflegt. Aufgrund der Lage war es trotz großer Hitze sehr gut auszuhalten. Mit dem Auto braucht man ca 30 Minuten nach Cortona. Die Strecke führt durch den Wald und ist wunderschön. Constantino und seine Familie sind sehr herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft erwarteten sie uns mit einem selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Der Kühlschrank war mit den nötigsten Sachen für ein herrliches Frühstück gefüllt. Auch erhielten wir köstliches Gemüse aus dem Garten. Die Pizzeria in der Nähe ist sehr authentisch und man kann super dort essen. Wir empfehlen La Coccinella zu 100%. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen wieder.

"La Coccinella" a Cortona non è solo un agriturismo...è un posto magico tutto tuo e sì perché i proprietari, Costantino, Marzia e Dino te lo cedono completamente come se tu fossi uno di famiglia! Il verde ben curato, il boschetto, le piante da frutto, la piscina, la zona barbeque e i miei figli adolescenti sempre insieme in piscina, bigliardino, ping-pong... Era il nostro punto di partenza per visitare le città d'arte: Perugia, Pienza, Arezzo...ma poi non vedevamo l'ora di tornare nel nostro angolo di pace

La nostra esperienza qui è stata incantevole!! Siete delle persone meravigliose.

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Coccinella per 3 notti 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Luogo fantastico con piscina ben curata e casolare ristrutturato e ben mantenuto. Marzia e Costantino ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa con la loro cortesia e disponibilità. Piccolo neo, trascurabile, sono gli ultimi 200 m circa di sterrato, ma vale comunque la pena percorrerli. Per chi cerca assoluto relax lontano dal caos cittadino è super consigliato

Notre semaine, début août, à la Coccinella a filé trop rapidement. Dans ce site magnifique au milieu de la nature, des sangliers, chevreuils et bien sûr des carpes , gâtés par les pâtisseries de Marzia, les légumes du potager ( et l'excellente confiture de cerises ) , notre séjour a été très agréable avec un accueil très chaleureux de la part de tous les membres de la famille ! De plus le site est très bien situé ( à une 1/2 h de Cortone ) . Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu qui allie la possibilité de visites culturelles ( Assise, Sienne...) et une déconnexion totale dans une nature privilégiée.

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans ce gite. Nous tenions à remerciertoute la famille PACCHI pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse, leurs attentions priviligiées, leurs conseils, la propreté du gite et les équipements complets et tant d'autres...mais surtout nous ne vous oublierons pas. Nous partons avec des souvenirs pleins la tête...surtout les belles aventures de Costantino : Marguerite, discothèque, Cuba et tant d'autres. ....QUE VOUS DIRE DE PLUS QUE MERCI..

Costantino und Marcia sind hervorragende Gastgeber, denen es sehr wichtig ist das es Ihren Gästen gut geht. Sie haben sich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert und sehr gut behandelt. Das Grundstück ist in absolut einsamer und idyllischer Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das typische Frühstück mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen war sehr lecker es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für Freunde der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit eine top Empfehlung.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die bewaldeten Berggipfel des Appenin-Gebirges, ist hier genau richtig. Das steinerne, gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus mit zwei Parteien, wir waren im ersten Stock, "La Rosa" befindet sich auf einem Plateau ca 400 m unterhalb der Hauptstraße. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, umsäumt von Wäldchen, Weinbergen und Olivenhainen und darf gerne von den Gästen erkundet werden. Auch gibt es zwei Teiche, an denen wir mit unseren Kindern Frösche beobachtet haben. Es ist ein richtiges Abenteuer, das Grundstück zu erkunden, schöne wilde Wege und tolle Aussichten. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Garten mit dem schönen Pool (der täglich gereinigt wird) und einer kleinen Loungeecke unter einem Pavillon. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, eine Rutsche, Schaukeln und ein Fußballtor. Hier verbringt man gerne die heißen Tage und entspannt sich ?ﾟﾘﾊ. Die Vermieter und deren Familie sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit und haben uns oft Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau, selbst gebackene köstliche Kuchen sowie Frühstück (Sandwiches, Milch, Saft, Marmelade) vorbei gebracht. Auch sie haben dazu beigetragen, dass unser Urlaub so schön war. Mit Wi-fi, Fernsehen und der Waschmaschine ist man sehr gut ausgestattet - wir waren oft bei den Nachbarn (Restaurant Aquavivo) essen oder haben Pizza zur Abholung bestellt - sehr lecker?. Leider gibt es in nächster Nähe keine Alternative zum Restaurant - auch keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, außer wenn man nach Cortona oder Trestina fährt (ca. 25 Minuten). Wir haben uns zu Beginn beim Coop in Cortona eingedeckt und sind damit gut hingekommen. Ich habe eine schöne Laufstrecke gefunden - natürlich auch zum Wandern oder walken geeignet, ca 10 km mit 300 Höhenmetern. Man läuft erst auf der Landstraße, biegt links ab auf strada Pietro a Dame Richtung Kirche (Chieso san Pietro a Dame). Es geht dann eine Weile bergauf und an zwei Gehöften vorbei, bis man ca auf km 5 auf einer Wiese mit einem tollen Panoramablick Richtung Umbrien ankommt. Man kann dann dem Weg folgen und rechtsrum weiterlaufen. Die letzten 3 km läuft man wieder auf der strada provinciale/ Hauptstraße bergauf zurück. Wirklich schön und abwechslungsreich?ﾟﾘﾊ. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder ?

A wonderful place with fantastic views. A great base for Cortona, Assisi and Pienza, Siena, Montelpulciano, Arezzo. The hosts were very nice, open to every need. Breakfast in the form of a basket with delicacies, delivered every other day. The hosts clean the pool every day. A great place for families with children, and for a group of friends. If you like silence, peace away from the everyday hustle and bustle, among fantastic views, this place is for you. We highly recommend it.

Dear Constantino, I thank you with all my heart for your fantastic hospitality. We arrived to Poland yesterday before 5 am, after almost 20 hours of travel. But. Every effort was worth it. It was great. We wish you a fruitful holiday and hope to see you soon. I will recommend your place to anyone who wants to go to Tuscany.

Very quiet and beautiful place to relax for a family with children. Nearby are towns, villages with shops, cafes, restaurants and outlets. The house has all the amenities, you can prepare food and wash clothes. Internet and TV in the rooms. Very nice and responsive hosts. We are going there to relax with the whole family for the second year. We will definitely go there again.

To be honest, spending this year's summer holidays at La Coccinella was one of the best we've ever had! Your Costantino hospitality is unique. You can't ask for more…. not to forget the food we got from Marcia, which was delicious! Even the house, the swimming pool, the panorama, the whole landscape is like a masterpiece painting…. Wir haben die Unterkunft 2 Wochen lang genossen, mit einem unvergleichlichen Ausblick über die Hügellandschaft, dem außerordentlich Pool, der gepflegten Anlage, der TT-Platte, der täglichen Versorgung durch Marcia und Constantino, die unglaublich gastfreundlich sind. Wir bekamen täglich frisches Gemüse und Obst aus dem Garten sowie Milch, Joghurt, Cornflakes u.a. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Ganz tolles Gesamtpaket zu einem sehr attraktiven Preis.Wir kommen super gerne wieder!

Cosa dire?tornare dopo 13 anni e RI-innamorarsi di questo PARADISO!Marzia ti vizia meglio di un hotel a 5 stelle, in ogni angolo c'è attenzione, cura, amore. Qui relax, privacy non mancano. Martina sei stupenda ci hai accolto col sorriso e per ogni ns richiesta eri sempre disponibile la nonna deve essere orgogliosa di te!Grazie Coccinella la ns bimba Electra non voleva venire via!Vi portiamo nel cuore ma ve ne lasciamo un pezzettino così da poter tornare presto di nuovo da voi!un abbraccio forte Chiara Marco e terremoto Elly

Siamo tornati da due giorni, ma già ci mancano tantissimo le attenzioni e la cura dei particolari di Marzia, Costantino e tutte le altre persone che lavorano alla Coccinella. Posto tenuto benissimo, tranquillo, curato, in posizione meravigliosa sia per chi vuol fare vacanze "itineranti" (con luoghi meravigliosi da visitare in meno di un'ora di auto) sia per chi ha voglia di starsene tranquillo e sereno e fare qualche giretto a piedi e poi rilassarsi in piscina. Possiamo solo consigliarlo! Grazie ancora, soprattutto dalle due bimbe (6 anni e 2 anni e mezzo) che sono state meravigliosamente bene!

E' appena terminata la nostra settimana di vacanza qui alla coccinella e già ci manca. L'agriturismo è una posizione strategica equidistante da cortona (bellissima) e da città di castello (la porta dell'Umbria). Il fatto che l'agriturismo abbia due sole unità abitative garantisce pace, tranquillità e ottima gestione degli spazi comuni. La piscina, infatti, non risulta mai affollata e ognuna ha i suoi spazi. Gli esterni e gli interni sono perfettamente puliti e ordinati. A nostro avviso la punta la peculiarità di questp posto è sicuramente la gestione, Marzia e Costantino (in verità tutta la famiglia) sono stati sempre presenti e mai invadenti. Hanno dato risposta immediata ad ogni richiesta e hanno allietato la nostra presenza con una colazione sempre all:altezza e prodotti dell'orto davvero buoni.anche il nostro cane Happy ringrazia per l'accoglienza.

Het is ons 2e jaar dat we hier mogen zijn en het is nog net zo magisch als de eerste keer. De omgeving is echt magisch en de eigenaren zijn zo ontzettend lief en de gastvrouw maakt de beste taarten die je maar kan wensen! Alles wat nodig is is aanwezig in de appartementen en alles is bespreekbaar. Alles is super schoon en perfect onderhouden. Een echte aanrader, zeker in combinatie met het restaurant Aqua Vive! Hierdoor is koken niet nodig en krijg je echt het under the Toscany sun gevoel! Er kan afgehaald worden maar wanneer je daar eet word je ook door deze eigenaren super in de watten gelegd. Dolce vita! It is our 2nd year that we can be here and it is just as magical as the first time. The environment is really magical and the owners are so very sweet and the hostess makes the best cakes you could wish for! Everything needed is available in the apartments and everything is negotiable. Everything is super clean and perfectly maintained. Highly recommended, especially in combination with the restaurant Aqua Vive! This makes cooking unnecessary and you really get the under the Toscany sun feeling! You can pick up, but when you eat there you will also be pampered by these owners. Dolce vita!

Ho trascorso in questo agriturismo 3 giorni magnifici insieme alla mia famiglia. Per chi vuole immergersi nella natura e rilassarsi questo è il posto ideale. Assicurato anche il divertimento tra piscina,ping ping e biliardino. Ed i proprietari sono accoglienti e disponibili. Speriamo di rivederci presto
